- To train people in sound doctrine and how to rightly handle Scripture. -1 Timothy 4:16 & 2 Timothy 2:15
- To encourage individuals to press on to maturity by having tools to work out their own salvation (Phil.2:12b) by learning to listen and respond with confidence to the Holy Spirit. - Eph.4:13 (AMPC) Rm.12:2
- To understand who the Holy Spirit is and why He is such an amazing gift for a follower of Jesus Christ. - Luke 5:16, 11:13 & Acts 1:8
- To give practical instruction and impartation so there is hands on application of moving in the spiritual gifts; prophecy, deliverance, word of knowledge, etc.
